An Innovative Digital Experience

Capital One’s 360 Cafés are a place where banking and coffee meet and co-exist in an informal, friendly and approachable setting. We were asked to create an innovative digital experience for the national expansion of their 360 Café initiative. We proposed multiple strategies incorporating personalization, loyalty, incentive, gamification and local offerings and events. Further customer engagement would be driven through innovative product search, setting personal financial goals and community financial health awareness. Improved solutions for the associates were also designed so that they could better serve the customer and facilitate the necessary cutting-edge digital experience expected from this contemporary and innovative business.
